Job Summary

Sarela Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, technically adept, and organized Test Engineer in support of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Unclassified Common Operational Picture (UCOP) Engineering Development contract.

This position is contingent on award of contract. Contract period of performance will be one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. Contract award is anticipated in fall of 2021.

The position will primarily be performed remotely but may require on-site support at U.S. Coast Guard C5ISC-Portsmouth when needed.


Develops test processes and procedures to evaluate system software. Works with Government engineering representatives throughout all phases of test and evaluation phase(s). Provides comprehensive test reports as required.

  • Must be DoD 8410 (8570) IAT Level II certified

  • Familiarity with C2 systems is highly desirable (e.g., Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J), data distribution service (DDS) architecture, Command and Control Services (C2S) and Coast Guard One View (CG1V).
