Job Summary

Sarela Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, technically adept, and organized Scrum Master to lead a distributed development team in support of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Unclassified Common Operational Picture (UCOP) Engineering Development contract.

This position is contingent on award of contract. Contract period of performance will be one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. Contract award is anticipated in fall of 2021. 

The position will primarily be performed remotely but may require on-site support at U.S. Coast Guard C5ISC-Portsmouth when needed.


Responsible for ensuring the Agile team follows agile practices and principles in order to fulfill the product backlog as directed by the COR; assists agile team in meeting delivery goals by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with COR in order to support and enforce the Scrum process. Serves as primary point of contact between Contractor and Project Owner (PO); provides status updates, meeting minutes and metrics as required.

  • Seven   (7) years related experience as a Scrum Master

  • Minimum   certification required PSM II, CSP or CSP-SM.

  • Familiarity   with C2 systems is highly desirable (e.g., Global Command and Control System   – Joint (GCCS-J), data distribution service (DDS) architecture, Command and Control   Services (C2S) and Coast Guard One View (CG1V).
