Job Summary
Sarela Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, technically adept, curious, and organized Test Engineer to support our DoD customer on the Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J) contract.
This position is contingent on award of contract. Contract period of performance will be one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. Contract award is anticipated in September 2022.
This is a hybrid position that will be performed remotely and require travel to Bridgewater VA, Morgantown, WV, and Columbia, MD.
Duties will include Test Planning and execution. Government Acceptance Testing, Unit testing and performance testing of software and system components for currently fielded versions and the modernized system in preparation for delivery to the war fighter. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Provide expertise in functional areas to support system development, and software programming. Test events shall be executed using CI/CD DevSecOps principles and processes.
Requirements
A Test Engineer Mid-Level has 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field to the requirement and shall meet the following:
Excellent speaking and writing skills
Demonstrates strong work ethic, works well within an engineering team, mission oriented, and takes personal pride in work.
Experience with testing service-oriented software is required
Experience with testing browser-based software is required
Experience in DoD and military software development environment is desired
GCCS-J Testing experience is desired
